We purchased our home during a fabulous fall savings event that allowed for a 44% off all upgrades (except for Guardian) with no limits!  So here are the options and the upgrades that we chose-

Elevation C with a porch flat roof, siding veneer front (knee high stone wall with siding)

  1. I just read your post on your options and I can't wait to see your completed house!!!! Apart from a few things, your build is the same as the one we plan to build this summer! I look forward to seeing your finished house because we have decided on Elevation C as well and the stone front knee wall with carriage-styled garage doors comes standard in the community but the model we saw had the partial stone front which I fell in love with but I am debating if it is a absolutely must have (especially at $18,995) but I have never seen it without it. I did have one question that I forgot to ask the SR when we visited the Courtland Gate model, does the front facing bay window in the living room come standard with elevation C? By the way you picked a lovely home to build *wink*

    1. Haha! I think we did okay. There are few other options we might have chosen but our money tree has yet to produce fruit :(
