To Do List

So many projects that we want to do the minute that we close!  Some are simple and others will be a little more complex.  This is more of a reminder list for us versus info for the Ryan Homes Blogosphere

Garage:

1.  Epoxy for the garage floor
2.  Paint the garage dry wall a neutral color.
3.  Install garage door opener
4.  Install basic cabinetry/ storage in garage (one wall only!)

Kitchen:

1.  Install under cabinet lighting
2.  Seal granite counter tops and back splash
3.  Install ceiling fan in morning room
4.  Redo shelving in pantry


Laundry:

1.  Lay ceramic tile  vinyl has the look of ceramic tile,will keep
2. seal counter tops

Baths:

1.  Seal tile


Landscaping

1.  Re seed the yard
2. Petition HOA for small shed matching exterior of home.
3.  Seal concrete porch, step, sidewalk and driveway apron
4. Apply driveway sealer for asphalt

Basement:

1.  Finish the media room
2.  Install 3/4 bathroom
3. Install wet bar
4.  Install whole house humidifier
5. Install hardwoods throughout (vinyl or other material in craft room)

Master Bedroom

1. Install puck lighting in tray ceiling Tray ceiling does not have ledge like model home
2. Install master closet system

    What's the "master closet system?" Sounds nice! We also plan to install the wet bar ourselves (in fact we are finishing the whole basement after we close).

      Think California Closets or a closet designer. We will probably go with a local closet designer since his products are reasonable and we can change the space as often as our needs changes without having to have the whole system redesigned.
